- Government funds 100% of training costs from August 2026 for under-25s at SMEs.
- Spring receives a £2,000 cash incentive after 90 days.
- One day per week structured online training.

The simple route.
Best if Spring wants the work to start cleanly without waiting on a training provider or government process.
Junior AI/web role
The cleanest setup if the fit is obvious and Spring wants practical help without training-provider admin.
- No apprenticeship admin overhead.
- Wage and hours agreed directly between us.
- Scope can focus on builds, AI production and internal tools.

Contracting trial
The low-risk route.
Best if Spring wants proof on live tasks first, with no payroll decision before there is evidence.
Proof-first delivery
A low-risk trial where value is judged on specific outputs, not a big upfront decision.
