Three routes
AI-assisted web work · Frostenden to Southwold
AI fluency and web delivery for Sprng.
I build production websites and use AI-assisted workflows to accelerate delivery, integrations and business processes. Supported by formal AI training and practical implementation work, this proposal explores how that capability could strengthen Spring.
From Frostenden to Spring
A local AI operator who can already ship.
I am not offering vague enthusiasm for AI. I am offering practical help turning briefs, designs and repetitive agency work into production-ready web delivery, informed by daily use of modern AI workflows and formal AI training.

For Spring
Make the agency faster without making it careless.
The goal is not replacing creative judgement. It is reducing friction around production, implementation and repeatable digital work: freeing more time for the thinking that actually differentiates an agency.
Apprenticeship
The structured route.
Best if Spring wants to build long-term capability around AI-assisted web delivery, not just buy occasional help.

Level 4 Software Developer
A formal route if Spring wants to grow an in-house AI/web capability over time.
- Under-25 SME training costs are expected to be fully funded from the 2026 to 2027 academic year.
- Spring may receive up to £2,000 through the current apprentice incentive guidance.
- One day per week structured online training.
Direct employment
The simple route.
Best if Spring wants the work to start cleanly without waiting on a training provider or government process.

Junior AI/web role
The cleanest setup if the fit is obvious and Spring wants practical help without training-provider admin.
- No apprenticeship admin overhead.
- Wage and hours agreed directly between us.
- Scope can focus on builds, AI production and internal tools.
Summer start
The staged route.
Best if Spring wants a low-pressure summer start that works around my RNLI contract, which runs until the start of September.

Summer immersion. September plan.
Observation-first time inside Spring, fitted around my five-day-a-week RNLI contract.
- Come in when RNLI shifts allow.
- Focus on people, workflows, clients and context.
- Use summer to learn Spring's people, clients and workflows before proposing what to improve.
